> I take Risperdal and am worried about Tardive. I know the symptoms would be involuntary movements. When I blink, my eye twitches just a little bit. And I feel like I "need to" make facial grimaces. I guess it's not totally involuntary since if I concentrate, I don't do it. But still feel an intense need and desire to do so. Could this be Tardive? I'm freaking out.

I'm not an expert on antipsychotics, but it does sound like you could be experiencing something along the lines of beginning tardive dyskinesia. My understanding is that people can overpower some of these involuntary movements, but it takes intense concentration to do so. Certainly, I would let your doctor know what is going on. If it is tardive dyskinesia, at this stage, it may still be reversible. Perhaps there is another AP available that work for you that has lower EPSEs.
