Seroquel and Risperdal are in the same class of meds, atypical antipsychotics (primarily use for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder). However both Seroquel and Zyprexa are safer and cleaner than Risperdal as mentioned in the above posts. Zyprexa and Seroquel are also useful in low dose for the agitation and high anxiety. They also help to induce sleep (particuliarly Seroquel). I save you from the details of their mechanism of action and bla bla. So to make a long (already) story short, i brought Seroquel to you as an *alternative* to Risperdal, not like an add-on.
I don't know much about Doxepin. I just know that it is a tricyclic antidepressant and a very potent blocker of Histamine at H1 and H2. Very sedating.
Finally, i come back with my first step. If i were you i would raise the dose of my Neurontin, see 400 to 800 mg at night. Try and see. Bye.
