Hi there. I have a similar problem to yours but I've had it for a much shorter period of time. I've been feeling very ill since April. I get very weak and achy, lightheaded, I get headaches and a gagging feeling in my throat. Also some nausea in my stomach and a vibrating feeling behind my eyes that turns into nausea. I've felt like this for about 75% of the time since April. I have a few good days here and there but mostly I just feel horrible all of the time. My doctors thought it was a virus but it never went away so my neurologist told me that my symptoms are caused by low serotonin which also causes my anxiety and OCD. BUT I've been told by many people that low serotonin doesn't cause physical symptoms, just psychological. So this makes me think that it really is a physical problem I also have an inner ear problem that gives me vertigo and some GI problems. So my problems, I am told, could also be related to that. I just wish that I could get some definite answers, just like you. I wish they would tell me whether my PHYSICAL symptoms were being caused by something physical or mental. This ill feeling makes it so hard for me to work and to function. I imagine that you have difficulty as I do. I wish there was something I could say to help you but I have no answers either.
