I'm really sorry to hear about your present situation. It sounds like you feel truly miserable.
For your stomach, I just wanted to suggest the daily use of ginger capsules. These have helped me in the past when my stomach has been upset. You would need to take them continuously - 2 or 3 capsules spread throughout the day. Another product that has worked well for me is cimitidine. You have to be careful with cimitidine however as it is contraindicated with the use of some AD medications. (You could also try famitidine and ranitidine - I did not have as much success with these as cimitidine.) Though these are specifically for acid reflux, they do work very well for nausea. With these meds (ginger and the other 3 acid reflux medications) its best to be proactive and start them as soon as you wake up as opposed to using them to treat the nausea. My goal when taking them was to stop the problem before it started. As a last resort, you may want to ask your doc for a prescription for Phenergan (promethazine). I used to take this when my stomach bothered my a lot. The biggest problem with this med is that it can be sedating and make you feel a little "doppy".
Since you're dealing with severe tiredness, you may want to try something a bit more stimulating for your next AD. I've recently added Wellbutrin (just so happens that you shouldn't take with cimitidine) to my medications and it seems to have helped with my fatigue. Presently, I don't have any stomach problems from it --- I don't know about other folks. I've also heard on these boards that despirimine can be stimulating. I don't have any personal experience with this one.
