In reply to Valium once-a-day for anxiety?, posted by Ramon on August 17, 2004, at 9:01:20
hello there, chemist here....i have personally had success with qd dosing of valium for anxiety, in various dosing ranges. as with most if not all drugs, personal variations are to be expected, and there are options (e.g., klonopin) that might be more attractive than valium for maintaining relief from general anxiety. my long-time favourite and current variation on this theme is alprazolam (xanax), taken in divided doses throughout the day. i do hope this answers your query, and do consult your doctor, of course, should you decide to give valium or any medication a trial run....all the best, chemist
