Wellbutrin to mitigate sexual side effects

I have been prescribed Wellbutrin to help mitigate sexual side-effects from Effexor XR. I was instructed to take Wellbutrin some time before making love. It has helped so so. My question is, would it be more effective if I take it daily? Thanks.
