I have never had, or heard of, that problem from Lexapro. But I am only on 30 mg Lexapro.

Since your pulse and blood pressure are normal, it sounds like nothing to get too worried about. But if it continues, you may want to mention it to your doc.

When I went up to 30 mg Lexapro (from 20 mg) about 4 months a go, I felt that I needed to improve my concentration. So I started on Strattera (120 mg per day). That combination of 2 drugs is working good so far. Since starting Strattera, my resting pulse has been higher, but I don't have any palpitations. My blood pressure is unaffected.
