You should be okay if you avoid cheese and perhaps soy products. Even pizza is okay if it's from a chain, because they use processed cheese. You could try a small amount of soy sauce and see if it affects you. (That's what I did.) Then you can try larger amounts. I've eaten in Asian restaurants w/ no problem, and in Mexican resturants I just order something w/out cheese.

You should also carry a drug that will bring down your blood pressure if necessary. (I forget what it's called.) I also wear a medical alert medallion.

Remember that most cold and cough medicines are contraindicated, too.
