Parnate and eating out

Posted by krisanon on August 4, 2004, at 14:57:29

I just started on Parnate and am trying to figure things out in terms of the dietary restrictions. I've got lists of the basics, but a big question is: what do you do when you eat out at a restaurant? Are there any types of cuisine to avoid, i.e. Indian, Ethiopian, Italian? Do you just need to quiz the waitstaff as to exactly what is in a given dish--and how much can you trust their answers? Thanks!
