I am definitely a Prozac success story! :-)

I also take Wellbutrin, which gives me even more energy than Prozac alone, but it can increase anxiety. If it gets too bad I have to take a Xanax. In spite of that, I feel the Prozac/Wellbutrin combo works better than anything else I've used.
Rather than use Xanax every night for sleep (because of potential addiction), I take Trazadone (I think I spelled that right). Its an old AD that just makes you sleepy, and its not addictive. I take Xanax on an as needed basis, but I try to be careful with it and not take it everyday if I don't have to.
I hope the Prozac works out for you, but if it doesn't, don't be discouraged. Its worth it when you find the right combination.
