Since my meds are unusual, I'll chip in.
Dx: Atypical unipolar depression (hypersomnia, fatigue, anhedonia most prominent symptoms)
ADHD (inattentive type)Meds: 5 mg Selegiline
10-20 mg Adderall
200-400 mg ProvigilI started Selegiline less than two months ago, after trying a lot of other meds for a lot of years. The Selegiline actually seems to be working, but it is early days yet.
