I am now trying Zonegran (zonisamide) 200mg, an anticonvulsant, in an attempt to treat bipolar depression. I have been on it for just over three weeks, and it has given me no signs of improvement yet. It has, however, produced a great deal of fatigue and tiredness. I am also taking imipramine, Lamictal, Namenda, and Abilify.
