I noticed it the first time I engaged in such activity after I took Provigil. It goes away if I stop taking it and it comes back when I start again. But I've never heard anyone else mention it and it seems like the kind of thing that would come up (no pun intended). I don't want to be vulgar but the effect is really spectacular. In fact I've never experienced anything like it. I really could go on but you get the idea.
