Excellent! That means that you can legally get your hands on a supply of whatever it is that helps. When you find out what it is, please pass the word along, as a lot of doctors seem stuck in the Xanax/Ativan/Klonopin rut and don't explore other benzo options. The only benzo I recall taking in capsule (rather than tablet) form is Librium (chlordiazepoxide ... not one of the "pams").
One thought, if your friend can't find out what it was for you, is to see whether you can borrow a copy of the Drug Identification Bible and look it up in that book. Cops use it, as do some emergency rooms, recreational drug users, etc., to identify pills. If you live in a sizeable city you can probably find it in a public library.
