> I gained 7 pounds. I even started working out - walking 4 miles every other day, pilates, 35 min of aerobic workout with one pound wts. STILL, I keep gaining weight. I even started restricting the amount of what I eat. I starting replacing meals with high protein low carb shakes. I want to stay in my current size clothes. I CAN'T afford a new wardrobe. STILL, I feel like I am busting out of my clothes. It seems the muscle just replaced the room of the fat and I am even bigger. I am bigger than I have EVER been in my entire life.

I am on 15 mg of topamax and it helps my back pain. This wt gain is coming on with a vengency. People are commenting on it. Oh, Shadows, you must be eating more, etc. NO! NO! NO!!! I am on the strictest diet I have ever been on in my life. I don't know how much more of this I can take. I am only 5'-2-1/2", so every pound shows. Darn, I am sick of this!

My personal opinion is that high protien/low carb isn't the best way to go regardless of how many fad diets are based on it.
