Hi....I'm currently on Remeron, have been for a year now. I've was always one of those fortunate people who stayed nice and slim whatever I ate, with barely any exercise. After a year of Remeron I have gained nearly 30 pounds. It is ridiculously difficult to lose weight while on AD's, in my experience...even with dieting and exercise. The other week I finally caved in, after sadly saying goodbye to my old slim fitting clothes, and bought some new bigger ones. So I guess my answer would be; Get some new pants!
