I work out about five times a week but it sounds like even people like me can go up in weight when they up their dose.

>Currently at 30mg. My pdoc told me I could take 40 around that time of the month to help w/PMS symptoms and go back to 30 for rest of month. Have done this with good results.
Weight - I lost 10lbs initially, have gained most of it back after one year on Lex. I put it back on when I was having a rough time during the holidays. I would like to loose it again, will have to eat better as I love to snack on *bad* things when it's that time o'month.
Just remember you are different and you may not react the same way others do. You know your own body, listen to it and not your worry-brain and you should be ok!~~~8|8
