1. No if you take more you will not feel better than you do on 10 mg. You may, but you may not. If 10 mg is working for you then stick with it.
2. Wouldn't recommend taking more than 1 pill a day. You probably wouldnt get any benefit from it and may feel worse from it.
3. Healthy diet and good exercise program and you shouldnt experience noticeable weight gain.
