can't sleepon lexapro and wellbutrin

Posted by shadowmon on June 9, 2004, at 3:11:54

Hi I'm on lexapro10 mg and wellbutrin xl 150 to combat GAD/ depression due to GAD. I am in the process of getting used to the lexapro and wellbutrin. Prior to this I used to take paxil 40 mg, which worked fine, I also took trazodone because the paxil made it unable for me to sleep. The trazodone worked wonders. Now I am getting little rest (very little) on this new combo of drugs, mostly tossing and turning and waking up, then dozing off. It is not helping my anxiety, and I don't think it is contributing to me feeling any better. Dr. said to not take the trazodone anymore. Anyone have experiences with these medications in terms of not being able to sleep? I am afraid to ask the dr for something in the fear that he will say that I have to wait until the medicine gets situated in my system.
