Dear Pluto,

I dont think Risperdal has a similar effect as Sulpiride or Amisulpride has on dystymia or anxiety. But if Sulpiride will be withdrawn, you can switch to Amisulrpide, which is similar and also effective for dystymia or anxiety like Sulpiride. Amisulpride is the "newer generation Sulpiride". I am sure you can get Amisupride somehow...
