I CANT CALM DOWN....... help plse..

Hi, i am very manic at the moment and can not calm down... i been like this for about 3 days, its as if i am on drugs i just cant calm down... i am having about 3 hrs sleep and waking up with a sudden rush of energy.. my bottom lip is trembling and my heart is racing.. i just can not stop, i am cleaning, ordering loads from my catalouge ahhh i just can not calm down..

30mg remeron a night
valium i have taken some valium i am calmer but not totally..
