I was also on remeron, 30mgs. When I wasn't getting the desired effect, my doc put me on wellbutrin along with it, but can't remember the dosage. It didn't do much for me, but then I stopped the wellbutrin and added fish oil after reading an article about it boosting AD effects. It really did boost the remeron and I felt great.
