Zoloft is responsible for a lot of success stories, including my son's. Psychosis sometimes takes a while to respond to drugs like Zoloft. I believe that there can be some kind of mental "damage" from a traumatic episode. When the Zoloft takes effect, this damage can begin to heal. It can take a while, but normalcy will return to most patients. The amount of Zoloft taken is very important. Just for example 25mg may be to little or 100mg may be too much. It may require a little experimentation to see which amount works best for an individual.
Good Luck! DJ
