Thanks everyone for your responses, I really appreciate it. I have tried Trazodone in the past to no avail. I have such high anxiety that I really need something to knock me out. When I was taking zoloft, even a small dose of zyprexa (2.5mg) would knock me out but now that I am on the prozac, even 5 mg of zyprexa won't touch the insomnia.
Do you think lowering the prozac dosage to 10 mg might help? Is this a therapeutic dose? I don't want to go back on the zoloft since it didn't do much for the depression, although I could at least sleep.
