I wish I had great words of wisdom for you. I am going through the same thing.
Seeems that there were some good suggestions made here.
I just wonder if I am misinformed about viagra:
I remember hearing that it can induce serotonin syndrome if one is already on an ssri. I could most definitely be incorrect.
But visual aids and wellbutrin seem like good places to start, as does getting your testosterone level checked.
I am considering a go with some well constructed "erotica' literature. I wonder if this might be more your style than pornography or if, perhaps the two in tandem could be useful.
Also, I have noticed that at certain points in my cycle it is better than others. Perhaps this could be the beginning of a dialogue with your husband. Like, "I've found that very close to my period is when I really really don't want to think of sex, but mid-cycle I am more prone to arousal". Just a thought......
Another thought is a vibrator, at least to get some feeling going on ;-)
I sympathize and empathize with how you feel.....I almost feel pressured to be in a constant state of arousal because I am in my 30's and we women are supposed to be in our primes sexually, right?
I do wish you luck....and if you find anything, write back/
