That is Alpha-2 NE antagonism, you get use to that too after awhile just like getting use to the H1 blockade, thankfully the 5-HT2A effect continues to work long after tolerance towards the other effects has been built. I would be tempted to cut the tablet up & experiment with 22.5mg.
