Remeron + Nardil...safety precautions..URGENT!!!!

Starting this combo tonight....seeing my doc in a minute....apart from cyproheptadine (serotonin syndrome) and nifedipine (hypertensive crises), what would i need in case a problem interaction arises between the two??
This will be my combo...
Nardil 75mg
Zyprexa 2.5mg
Remeron 15mg
Hurry! Cause i gotta see my doc real soon!
