I took Wellbutrin for about two months and found that it increased my anxiety levels tremendously (including panic attacks). Without question, it was the worst med I've ever taken, and the side effects didn't diminish at all until I stopped taking it. It's great for some people, and awful for others.

BTW, my current pdoc says that he almost never prescribes WB for patients with anxiety problems because it's just too risky.
