Cut the tablet up and try a 7.5 mg dose. It will likely be the best dose for the best sleep. 15mg was the perfect amount for me for sleep & I am 6'1" & 400 pounds(yes, lots). Knocked me out & get me asleep. In the past I have taken 60mg of Temazepam with Scotch or 50mg of Valium & not had sleep.
