Withdrawal from Cold Turkey

Does anyone know how long it takes for the brain to begin to adjust to a cold turkey withdrawal? I quit my meds 2 weeks ago, and I feel like I continue to get worse. I thought the worst part of withdrawal was suppose to be in the beginning. I'm finding it very difficult to use my mind now, so I'm hoping someone can tell me of their experiences of withdrawal past the 2 week mark.
