Please help: really bad today... panic attack?

today I'm trying to get some work done and am almost paralyzed by this strange feeling. This has been going on a week, but today seems worse.
Medications-wise I've just started Trazodone (50-100mg/ night), but the weird feeling is many days older than that. I also take ritalin and the BCP-- both of those for years without problems.
I'm also noticing that today the ritalin has had zero impact- I'm just not at all able to concentrate.
