More like a loss of energy in those muscles

Its like a combination of tingling with fatigue and warmth. Almost but not quite like if you'd done anerobic exercise and those muscles were oxygen deficient.
It definitely gets worse as I try to work right now: I sit down in front of my computer and my heart rate goes up and my muscles (right now my arms and hands most, but its all over) feel this weird nervousness / stress.
