Either way, the seizure possibility is definitely real. Wellbutrin is slower acting then a diet pill or stimulant, so you can't tell if you are really over doing itby adding something else at all while on it.
What kind of diet pills did you have in mind? I think topamax is used for weight loss. It is not a stimulant type drug at all.
