I think there's a previous post that addresses this but basically the combination of Wellbutrin and some diet pills (that contain caffiene) can cause trouble. Many people abstain from caffiene altogether when on Wellbutrin to avoid complications such as racing heart, dizziness, excess anxiety, etc.

Personally, I was on the same combo of things and no interaction with caffiene, diet pills and my meds. If you're thinking about doing it, try one pills first instead of the normal dosing of 2-3 diet pills but be careful.
