WormI pretty much had every side effect listed, or at least it felt that way to me, the first time I was on Effexor. I too remember having the dizziness when getting up too fast or moving too fast. I had actually forgotten about that one. The ones that were the most prominent for me were insomnia, tremors/twitching and extremely dry mouth.
This is actually my 2nd time on Effexor after weaning off of a very high dosage 367.5 before, 150 now. So far this time, the side effects I have is the extremely dry mouth and tremors/twitching but since I take a miriad of different drugs who really knows which one is causing me the number of side effects I have. :(
