Hi John!I had the brain zaps while actually taking the Effexor but only at higher dosages and then of course the entire time I was weaning and for about 3 weeks after I was completely off Effexor. I would describe them as the feeling like you have an electrical shock in your head. They're HORRIBLE!!!
I've been back on Effexor for a long time now, currently taking 150mg/daily with no brain zaps.
