> You know, I have wondered that. I am taking it every night because my doctor and therapist want me to but, I was wondering about if i really needed to. I tried not taking it one night and I wasnt able to sleep at all. When i told my doctor that she wasnt too thrilled because she said I should take it every night...but im thinking about asking her again.

My pdoc was quite definite that _some_ people experience a very fast increase in tolerance to Seroquel for sleep if it's used every night. That doesn't mean you may not need it for other reasons, e.g. to reduce chance of a hypomanic episode.
