You have said a lot of good things which I will save and read again.
The worst for me is the all or nothing thinking.
You probably have experienced it, it is like when you think that everybody else is invincable and you feel like you are in a rat race.
I am taking zyprexa, yes it slows me down and makes me a little dumber but it takes away that horrible all or nothing thinking. It puts some humanity back into university life and make people seem more like people with problems of their own.
It takes aways some of that me vs. them thinking, and I don't seclude myself as much.
Anyhow it is a struggle. But simplicity, like you said is a big key.
