Since Lexapro is a relatively new drug, I would definitely use caution. My pdoc said he has monitored several pregnant women on Zoloft with no issues lately. I would definitely discuss it with your pdoc and ob/gyn. Keep in mind the withdrawl symptoms of SSRI's when deciding to get pregnant. This is what concerns me. I wouldn't want the baby to go through that. Jenn
