Book for overcomind IBS w/o meds

Someone on the board mentioned a book written by a woman who overcame IBS without using medication. I can't find the post now but was wondering if someone could post the name of the book again. My mother has IBS and doesn't really want to take anymore meds to overcome the anxiety issues associated with it. Anyone know the name of the book?
