Paxil CR should be increased at 12.5 mg increments up to the maximum suggested 62.5 mg. If you are on 25mg then the next titrate up would be 37.5mg and if you need more than that the next one would be 50mg, then if you need more 62.5mg. Conversely if you are coming off the AD the same program should be followed in reverse.
