Paxil CR dosage question!

I know it probably varies from person to person, but is there an approx. *effective* dosage of Paxil CR for treating Social Anxiety?

I have 25mg tablets, and think I may need to go up, but am not sure if I should jump to 50mgs. I have heard repeatedly that it takes a higher dosage to really treat SA (than it does depression), but I don't know how much higher is recommended.
