I agree with what the chairman has said above: The only toxin in your system right now is the acetaldehyde from alcohol degradation. Alcohol is toxic stuff!
Benzos, on the other hand, are not very toxic at all unless, of course, they are combined with alcohol or other sedatives.
So, remember, the toxic feeling you have right now is an alcohol hangover. It likely has nothing to do with the Xanax. And yes, the Xanax will be out of your system very shortly.
You'll be fine, just take it easy on the alcohol!
