A side affect of a benzo is "nervousness" thats why they dont help you, Have you tryed nardil, so so so may good experiences on it, I too have nervousness and its runing my life too, and i am sure 1000's of others suffer with it to, Can you get to the bottom of this? can you find out why you are so nervous? Talk to a phsyciatrist and ask to try an maoi nardil maybe if all ssri's have failed..
