Your 'severe' nervousness is because of 'Anxiety' or coming from 'Depression?' Without proper dx., it might be very hard to get appropriate med. that might be in your case.
If this is due to 'Anxiety,' then you and your pdoc. needs to search for more effective med. for Anxiety. But, as seeing your past med.-record/chart, it sounds to me like you're more likely 'Anxiety' category. For this, you need more aggressive treatment such as AP med., like Seroquel might be one of choice. However, this med. has strong efficacy, then your pdoc. may have different view. Just my suggestion, since you seem looking for some information on your problem.
