Therapy in addition to meds?

Does anyone find therapy helpful in addition to meds for BP?? If so...what kind? I have been to like 5 therapists in the past year and none seem to be able to help and I do not someone to sit and listen to me babble on about my life with no suggestions as to how to improve.
