If you responded well to Lexapro but didn't like the sex effects (I don't like to call anything that happens to 70%+ of the people that take it a "side effect"), you just might find that Serzone does the trick toward the upper end of its dosage range. Alternatively, you could augment the Lexapro with Mirapex or Requip (preferable), bromocriptine or amantadine, a small dose of Serzone (or trazodone, but that's sedating), or 15mg of Remeron (this would likely resolve your insomnia and sexual dysfunction, but its highly sedating and carries a substantial risk of weight gain).
