My PDoc did tell me to closely mointor side effects, in particular trouble formulating sentences, words out of sequence, etc., but so far, so good.
As for the Remeron, I never did see an insert, and knew nothing about weight gain until I read personal experiences on these boards.
It seems that these medications are definitely a two-edges sword: they cut both ways...
