Hi Jerry.
Andrew Nierenberg has been one of the foremost authorities on treatment-resistant depression. He's a real nice guy. I first met him about 10 years ago. He is still on the staff of Harvard / Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He has also been affiliated with McLean Hospital in Belmont. What sorts of things did he suggest?
