No. However, I have taken it several times for periods up to 1 1/2 years. Unfortunately, I am only a partial responder to it. The best dosage for me was 75mg. I have been diagnosed as having bipolar depression with medication-induced manias (dysphoric). I am able to combine it with desipramine, but not imipramine. I experienced serotonin syndrome with imipramine. You should *never* combine any drug that is a serotonin uptake inhibitor with Nardil or Parnate.
